Consumer Choice in Health Care
Friday, 27 April 2012 12:53

The healthcare industry in America can be called many names, but one of them is not “free-market.” Read on to watch the video.

As an agent, I've been able to sell catastrophic major medical insurance with premiums as low as $26 per month for a healthy 40 year old male, until just prior to the passage of Obamacare. I've sold other plans that were even more affordable, as premiums vary by city, county, and state. Today, I can't purchase a plan for less than five times that premium, and the coverage is worse. The proof is in the pudding: There's no savings under Obamacare. Only higher costs, higher premiums, lower benefits, fewer providers remaining as their profit margins shrink, and almost no insurance choices left for consumers.
